Pollution will increase by 40% by 2030

A study conducted by the United States government has concluded that carbon pollution will increase by nearly 40% by 2030, mainly due to India and China.
In this study, conducted by the Administration on the Energy Information (EIA), the economies of developing countries of these will prove a great threat to the atmosphere which, moreover, gives signs of exhaustion.

The study envisages an increase in the use of renewable energies, represented by Hydro, solar or wind power, but at the same time, growing demand will push people to use energy and classic, with high carbon emissions: oil and coal.

Those from EIA emphasized that their analysis is based on laws in effect on carbon emissions and not on future decisions of law or treaties that could reduce energy use classic.

The U.S. Congress is considering legislation to achieve a reduction in emissions by 17% by 2020 and over 80% in the middle of this century.

An international conference is scheduled for December in order to achieve a treaty that would reduce these emissions.

Lamborghini More Environmentally

Lamborghini to become a more environmentally friendly in terms of carbon emissions, the company announced that production will reduce carbon emissions by 15% by 2015.
Representatives Lamborghini began fighting carbon time of the Gallardo LP 560-4 model, this model introduced last year on the issue with 18% less gas.

Italian company representatives do not stop here, they want to improve combustion engines also have to manufacture cars of material easier and use of biofuels and hybrid solutions.

Moreover, the automobile factory in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, is building a central sun which will reduce CO2 emissions from the production machines, 20% by 2010.

After the construction of 17,000 square meters will be ready, roof plant will produce about 1600 megawatts of solar energy per year.

To achieve maximum benefit of this project, the roof will be insulated against heat and cold.

All respect for this company that even tries to become more ecological, this example would be followed by all the companies producing cars.

The Hummer that consumes 2.5 liters per 100 km, Chevy Volt

The Chevy Volt think healthy (organic).

Americans have found a solution to not give the Hummer because of high fuel consumption. Thus in the enclosed pictures you can see the Hummer H3, which consumes approximately 2.5 liters per cent kilometers.

The car is still in prototype stage, propulsion being developed by Raser Technologies Hummer in partnership with General Motors.

How can a car so large to consume so little?

The machine uses an electric motor whose batteries are charged by an internal combustion engine, propulsion is similar to that of the Chevrolet volt.

Internal combustion engine is used exclusively to load batteries and the propulsion of the vehicle.

The electric propulsion develop approximately 200 kW and are transmitted as the front wheels and the rear.
Bin speed manual is in 4 steps.

By charging the batteries outlet ensure autonomy of 40 miles that is 64 km, after the batteries are download engine ii load again providing an autonomy of 400 miles that is 643 km.

Under the hood is a GM Turbo engine with four cylinders, similar to that used in the Pontiac Solstice GXP.
The engine runs a generator that loads three sets of lithium-ion batteries "super-polymer (provided by Electrovaya Canada).
Two of them are mounted on the side of the car and the third is in the back. Batteries store 41 kWh.
The car is in the prototype stage, the company Chevy Volt have already 12000 of commands.
From 2011 the car will be produced in series

Eco bikes

A young designer from Beijing made a bike with a modern design, which allows the drive to a store under their seat bags, making thus more comfortable riding a bike.

The first 100% eco-building

Headquarters organization World Wide Fund for Nature in the Netherlands is the first building in the world with zero carbon emissions.

The building has a natural ventilation system and the outside is covered by solar panels that generate electricity and hot water. The ceiling contains small glass tubes which allow circulation of water providing heating during winter and răcorirea during the summer.

All materials used were first verified to not negatively impact the environment. Thomas Rau, chief architect of this project presented the main points for the WWF headquarters is 100% organic:

"First class does not use fuel at all. We use what we have. Keep the heat emitted by humans and machine. Cooling system is based on the water which then use the toilets. Recover heat from exhaust air before him. Deposit heat into the ground. Regenerated by solar energy networks, etc.. "

More over, the building has a generator for heat and electricity for emergency operating on oil in the first system of its kind in the world, says Thomas Rau.

Headquarters is a friendly environment and animals. Thus, the roof allows the birds to build nests, and the basement is a welcoming environment for bats.

"Sun Street"...."Streetsun"

A German company organizes international exhibitions with the theme "Energy Future" to promote clean lighting bodies.

"Streetsun" as hereinafter is constructed from an aluminum leg, high at least 4 feet, "hat" with photovoltaic panels and lamp itself consists of 12 LEDs.

"Streetsun" needs a light to accumulate anergie to light for 3 nights, with a power of 70 watts and an intensity of 360 lumen.

They guarantee to 50,000 hours, or approximately 10,000 nights or 27 years.

This system is used widely in Germany, a country where it was conceived, especially in areas difficult to reach. A light bulb "Streetsun" cost around 2700 euros, the rapporteur in the life of this would cost around 100 euros per year.

After elimination of all incandescent light bulb or halogen in Europe is estimated that Europeans energy bill will be reduced by 11 billion euros annually and the amount of carbon dioxide will be reduced by 32 billion tons.

If is true, that would be the effect if this system would be adopted by all countries in the world?

It would be an "oasis in the desert" to the nature of this quantity of carbon dioxide which will be informal in nature.
