Pollution will increase by 40% by 2030

A study conducted by the United States government has concluded that carbon pollution will increase by nearly 40% by 2030, mainly due to India and China.
In this study, conducted by the Administration on the Energy Information (EIA), the economies of developing countries of these will prove a great threat to the atmosphere which, moreover, gives signs of exhaustion.

The study envisages an increase in the use of renewable energies, represented by Hydro, solar or wind power, but at the same time, growing demand will push people to use energy and classic, with high carbon emissions: oil and coal.

Those from EIA emphasized that their analysis is based on laws in effect on carbon emissions and not on future decisions of law or treaties that could reduce energy use classic.

The U.S. Congress is considering legislation to achieve a reduction in emissions by 17% by 2020 and over 80% in the middle of this century.

An international conference is scheduled for December in order to achieve a treaty that would reduce these emissions.
