WATER POLLUTION

Water is an important factor in ecological equilibrium, and pollution is a problem with the current consequences more or less serious about the people.
By water pollution is the alteration of the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of water, produced directly or indirectly by human activities and making the water unfit to become normal use for the purposes for which such use was possible to intervene before the alteration. The effects of pollution of water resources are complex and varied, depending on the nature and concentration of the substances impurificatoare. Solving these problems posed by water pollution is done by treatment, to ensure the necessary conditions for consumption. Pollution may be natural or artificial. Pollution due to natural sources of pollution and natural produce from the interaction of water with the atmosphere when there is a gas dissolved in it, with the lithosphere, is produced when soluble rocks dissolve and the living organisms in water. Pollution due to artificial sources of wastewater of any kind, water meteors, sludge, residue, etc. navigation. We can talk about controlled and uncontrolled pollution. Pollution control (organized) refers to pollution due to wastewater being transported through the sewage and discharged at points set by some projects. Uncontrolled pollution (unorganized) comes from sources of pollution that reach the emissary naturally, most often through rain water. Normal and accidental pollution categories impurification is used to define groups of sources of wastewater. Pollution comes from normal sources of pollution are known, collected and transported through the sewage treatment plant at the station or directly to the receiver. Accidental pollution occurs, for example, as a result of industrial processes dereglării when large amounts (abnormal) of harmful substances get into the sewerage network or as a result of disruption of targets preepurare station or treatment plant. It can talk about primary and secondary pollution. Pollution is primary, for example, on submission of suspended substances in waste waters, discharged into a receiver on the bed. Secondary pollution occurs, for example, once the gases resulting from fermentation of organic material deposited substances involve suspension and the remaining suspension to bring the water surface, where are then transported downstream by water current.
