The Cheapest Source of Electricity:The Sunlight.

When the sun shine to a material that contains silicon is produced electricity. This fact has been discovered since 1952 by three researchers from New Jersey.First time these materials were very expensive and not everyone had access to them. This materials were used in great importance purposes like Power Satellites or other big scientific projects.Sure, you had at your home that small pocket computers and if you noticed they have some small bands similar to a mirror. Those bands when held sunlight and the computer operates without batteries. This bands are all made from the same material based on silicon.
Once with the passage of time we have found many uses of these solar cells so, in 2001 a study showed that almost 1 million homes around the world had solar panels installations. Not only these solar panels are a way of saving energy but they could be the solution for those underdeveloped countries without access to electricity. For example in Peru after a study was found people that spend approximately $ 5 per month for candles or other "old" sources of light. The sale process of solar panels have increased until 2000 with 20 percent. After that, in the last years sales reached 45%.
Commercialization of these solar panels is a future business. The most important countries that are produceing these panels are the European Union, the United States and Japonia. To encourage the sale of solar panels have been allocated funds to take discounts and give some subsidies to those who install solar panels.Even in northern Europe where the climate is cloudy,in British Isles, the sale of solar panels is successful because those systems can retain the slightest ray from sun.Projects about solar panels are a lot and every day is a new gadget that apears on the market.
